International Delivery
International delivery is carried out by the logistics company Ukrposhta. In the destination country, parcels are delivered to your door by the local postal service.
After placing an order on the website, you will receive an email confirming your order. This notification means that your order is being processed. Within 1–3 business days, your order will be shipped via the postal service, and we will send you a tracking number for your parcel to your email.
Delivery cost: 299–1 000 UAH ($8–$27 USD / €7–€25 EUR), depending on the parcel weight and destination country. After calculating the delivery cost, we will send you the payment details for the shipping service via email or your preferred messenger.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and typically range from 10 to 14 days. If you would like a more precise delivery estimate, please contact us mail@kohana.ua.
Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by the logistics company Nova Poshta.
After placing an order on the website, you will receive an SMS and/or email confirming your order. This notification means that your order is being processed. Within 1–3 business days, your order will be shipped via the postal service.
Delivery cost: Free within Ukraine for orders over 3 500 UAH (to branches).
